The Glow

It was a rainy night in J World, and Jimlo was just about to turn to bed when he heard the voice of someone crying loud. He looked out the window to see Joul lying on the wet floor in the main square.

Jimlo went outside to see what was wrong, and other J people were gathering around Joul.
Joul was lying under a big gem that was placed in the middle of the main square in JWorld. This gem has always represented everything beatiful in JWorld. J people derive their confidence from its shine. The gem never stopped glowing.

A simple glance at the gem and every J person understood why Joul was weeping. Now more J people started crying. The gem was loosing some of its glow and it showed! The scene of it was devastating to them.

'I think I know why our gem is loosing some of its shine' Jeed said, 'I noticed the new J member, Jais, passing by it without stopping to gaze at it. and twice!!'

'I saw him too, the other day; he just kept walking without smiling at it, nor gazing at the glow. It was awful' Jude added

After a long silence Jimlo had to say it
'It must have felt unappreciated!'
