Jaizy and 'Reason'

Jaizy is a new friend from J World, whom yesterday had a little problem and would like to share it with you.

Jaizy was sitting on the ground in his house when he noticed that the bouquet of peach roses he had put in the big brown vase few days ago, was all withered. All the roses were bent down forming 'U' shapes. Yet Jaizy found the roses looking more lovely than when they were fresh!

And he stopped at that thought. He truely found the roses more beautiful looking faded and worn out. He was surprised that he thought so but he DID! So he started thinking that there must be a reason for that feeling, for preferring roses that lost vitality. It was saddening for him to admit that he now feels more attracted to a less pleasant observation.

He decided he has to find the reason behind that. So he went out looking for 'Reason'.
As a start he wanted to look in the brains of little people in J World, so he started chasing people and jumping over their heads, looking inside. If you look from an upper view on people in J World, you could actually see what is inside!

All what Jaizy could find were very little reaonable ideas, none of them were enough to solve his problem. He needed bigger 'Reason'. So he thought:

"Maybe I can join little reasonable thoughts from different people so I can form the reason I need"

And that was what he tried to do. But now he has another problem, it was not in the size anymore but in the harmony. None of the little reasonable ideas would merge with another, Jaizy could not fit any two together. He felt depressed and exhausted, he has been running around all day with no conclucion whatsoever.

At that moment, Jaizy discovered that he has got his conclusion. It was not 'Reason' that he should be looking for, he should look for 'His Reason'. And he can not find that in any other place other than his own little brain even if he can never be able to take an upper view of it, and even if it was a single tiny reasonable idea. He can work on it and make it bigger. All he needed was patience and time.

  • miso with all the mess I live right now, and that feeling of loneliness I have, but I feel that we both share the same feelings but with different reasons , so why don't we search for the people that have the same feelings not the same reasons to give us the explanations we need. No body can find the reasons behind things by jumping over people's heads. Categories shape upon the kind.
    FEELINGS not the REASONS honey.....
we have to collect the reasons behind the same feelings .
i hope i got you right

  • Hey Mays...

your post brings up MANY things in my mind...

-remember when you wrote that post about Dali, remember what my comment was when you said "he showed human ugliness in colours" I said "maybe it was his own way of representing beauty, or even a political opinion"... our perception of things depends on our reason, our very own reason... that's why opinions vary about everything... unlike most guys, I never thought Halle Berry is even good looking...

-we all sometimes "feel more attracted to a less pleasant observation", cause we sometimes feel that those withered flowers are the only things on this earth that understand/represent the way we feel at the era of the observation, a moment, a day, or even a lifetime

-"All he needed was patience and time." the ending line, and punch line as well... we all have the potential, we all lack patience and time...

your post moved some wind in my head... keep blogging :)

P.S. doum, you said you aint sure you got her right... it's not the words and sentences Mays wrote, its how you wanna read them...

  • Mais...

As a new guest to your head; let me start by decribing your thoughts as Intresting! I enjoyed reading for you, specially that i know u personally.. it showed me how right a first impression can be!

As for this, i think that odd observations attracts certain minds to its matrix of uniqueness. What I mean is, that such things doesn't always reflects feelings as much as way of thinking! and the difference is clear..

looking forward to ur next writings...
